Sherman and Shelia are the sole-proprietors of S&S Investigations and Security. S&S Investigations was opened in a convered patio at thier home on January 1, 1998, located in LaPorte Texas.
After only a short period of time it was obvious that more room was needed and that a seperation of home and work had to occur. With the assistance of David Brady of Brady Insurance, a small, one-room, office was rented. Mr. Brady offer more than just an office. Mr. Brady offered good sound business advise and also help get Sherman and Shelia involved in the community. It was Mr. Brady that got S&S Investigation involved in the LaPorte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce.
After Mr. Brady was so helpful, S&S Investigaiton had to move again. In august of 1998 S&S Investigations met and rented an office from Chalie Boyle. Mr. Boyle helped in more was than can be described. By allowing us to take over the entire building, Mr. Boyle allowed S&S Investigations to grow and have a professional aqppearence on Main St. in LaPorte.
In 2002 Frank Angel made Sherman an offer he couldn't refuse. The purchase of an historic building (full city block) on Main St. Sheman was able to get the assistance from San Pillion of Larado National Bank and a complete overhaul of 820 W. Main began. After six months S&S Investigations moved to its current location, 8005 sq ft on a full city block. Here S&S Investigaitons maintains a 1700 sq ft office with formal training facilities.
In July of 2006 S&S Investigations opened an office in the Golden Triangle area of Texas. This is a branch office where the same professional services are to be offered. This location will be under the supervision of Judy Moore, sister of Sherman.
Shelia Moore is in charge of sales and marketing. Her experience and knowledge of the Private Security industry makes her a valuable asset to S&S Investigations. Being a co-owner of S&S Investigations she able to address any issue a client may have. She is able to visit any location and assist in designing a security program to address the present needs. She too is commited to client loyality and excellent serive.
Sherry Cupp is the General Operations Manager of S&S Investigations and Security. She oversees the entire operation of S&S Investigations. Sherry is a proven leader and has not encountered any problem that she could not address. She maintains an excellent relationship with the clients of S&S Investigations. She helps in the design and deployment of post orders or specific directives that our clinets require. Sherry is responsible for the hiring and training of the employees of S&S Investigations.
Dala Meligan is the Office Manager. It is her attention to detail that keeps evrything running properly. Her dedication to S&S Investigations is beyond description. Dala has no problem in addressing the needs and issues of either the clients or employees of S&S Investigations. Dala knows where it is, where it should be and how to find it. She keeps the logistics of the S&S Investigations office in order and running properly.
